Air conditioning rental in Vinaròs

Seasonal flats on the Paseo Marítimo

The apartments along the Paseo Marítimo fill up in summer and empty out in September. Many owners do not want to pay for a permanent installation for a few weeks of use, and many guests only discover on arrival that the flat has no cooling. Renting covers exactly that gap: we deliver the unit on the day your stay begins and take it away when it ends, leaving nothing installed in the property or on the facade.

Villas in Costa Norte and Costa Sur

The Costa Norte and Costa Sur developments are a different world: larger houses with a living room, several bedrooms and often an upper floor that soaks up the whole day's heat. One unit rarely covers that, so we plan the layout room by room and spread the units according to how the house is really used. As stays here tend to be long, this is the area where full-season rentals are most common.

Town-centre homes without a split

The old streets of Vinaròs hold plenty of older flats where no pre-installation was ever left: no pipework, no space for an outdoor unit, and facades the building would rather nobody drilled into. Portable units solve those cases without permits or residents' meetings: they only need a window or a vent for the hot-air outlet, and when the rental ends the property is left exactly as it was.

What the rental includes

We deliver to your address in Vinaròs, assemble the unit, fit the air outlet and test it with you before leaving so you know how to run it. Collection at the end of the stay is included: nothing to transport, store or clean. If the unit is not performing as it should during the rental, tell us and we will come and check it.
